At One in the House interior designer Terri Prior has selected artist-made objects, artworks, furniture, glassware and prints for sale in what was once a one room pub in the North Laines, Brighton.

My String Theory, restrung found fabrics can be found here.

String Theory works with ideas of  recycling and time. Each piece is hand made over the length of a journey or involving a series of journeys which may be physical or conceptual. String has been made from offcuts from a bridesmaid’s frock, African wax cloth, or found cloth. All selected by me from hand-me-downs or worn-out favourite cotton or silk garments from friends.

If you’ve some fabric you would like ‘restrung’ get in touch here or call Terri at One-in-the-House.
